Overview
Respect Victoria (RV) is a Statutory Authority under the Prevention of Family Violence Act 2018. We focus on the primary prevention of family violence and violence against women in Victoria and collaboratively work with stakeholders to provide state-wide leadership to create social, institutional, organisational and community change. The role
As Principal HR Advisor, you will provide trusted, strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and teams across RV. You will work closely with managers to build capability, navigate complex employee relations matters, and embed contemporary people practices that align with RV's values and strategic priorities. This position provides comprehensive end-to-end generalist P&C services across RV.
Responsibilities

You Will Have
* A qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
* Proven experience in a similar principal advisor or senior generalist role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and contemporary people practices
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
