In this role you will:
* Become a Road Safety Hero and be a respected member of the community, ensuring the safety of children, parents, teachers and local motorists.
* Supervise school crossings during the designated zone hours of 8:05-9:05 AM and 2:30-3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour shift each morning and afternoon (20 hours per fortnight).
* Display effective communication skills and remain alert to potential dangers in all weather conditions.

* Hourly rate plus superannuation and holiday pay for school holidays (Terms 1-3).
* Training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.
Required qualifications and competencies:
* Minimum age 18 years at appointment.
* Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check and a Health Assessment; existing checks are welcome.
* Reliability, community minded attitude and readiness to work in all weather.
