Job Description
About the Role
In this role, you will provide welcoming, client-focused administrative support and act as the first point of contact for people accessing MyndKind services.
Responsibilities
Provide immediate support, information, and referral navigation for individuals presenting with mental health, AOD, or social support needs
Assist clients in accessing community, health, and social services using a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach
Deliver high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the MyndKind service
Use the Initial Assessment and Referral Decision Support Tool (IAR DST) to support referrals to Head to Health
Collaborate with internal teams, community organisations, and service providers to ensure effective outcomes for clients
Contribute to program development by encouraging client feedback and supporting continuous improvement
Desired Skills And Experience
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
Knowledge of mental health challenges and community referral pathways
Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
A qualification in Business Administration and/or experience in customer service operations
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Requirements
Positive Notice Blue and Yellow Card (or ability to obtain)
National Police Check
Open, unrestricted Driver's Licence
