About the Role: We are currently searching for a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist for a community NDIS role in SE Melbourne/ Peninsula. In this role, you will manage a diverse paediatric caseload, providing everything from sensory profiling and fine motor support to complex home modifications and housing assessments. You will be a key point of contact for families and support coordinators, driving best-practice therapy and mentoring junior staff within a supportive, variety-filled environment. Duties & responsibilities include: Assessment and prescription of assistive equipment Assessment and planning of home modifications Provision of therapy to NDIS participants Provision of comprehensive functional and environmental assessments Comprehensive written reports Tailored exercise therapy and promotion Therapy supports including: fine motor skills, sensory profiling and assistance with daily living skills Housing assessments and home modifications Clear, frequent and open communication between support coordinators, case managers and families Benefits: $78,000 plus super Competitive remuneration Car provided Supervision sessions Professional Development Team Leadership opportunities available Variety in caseload and so many learning opportunities Work-life balance About You: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA registration Willingness to take advantage of new opportunities and exciting challenges.
