The Role:
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Machine Operators for our afternoon shift (3:00pm to 11:06pm), Monday to Friday, to contribute to our high-speed filling operation across eight Production Lines.
Core responsibilities:
* Efficiently operate filling and labeling machinery.
* Coordinate and motivate staff on your Production line.
* Meet Production line targets.
* Perform production line changeovers.
* Resolve basic mechanical issues and adjustments.
* Accurately document and record QC data.
* Execute start-up and shut-down line procedures.
* Assist in training new and casual staff.
* Maintain GMP standards.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will bring:
* 2 years+ machine operator experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced high-volume environment.
* Drive and ability to meet production line targets.
* Sound mechanical aptitude.
* Hardworking, energetic, reliable and enthusiastic.
* Conscientious and detail-oriented.
* Excellent communication in both verbal and written English.
