Black Auto Group is a proudly family-owned automotive business with multiple dealerships across Queensland and New South Wales. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven Aftermarket Consultant with strong customer, administrative and financial aptitude to join our Toowoomba team.
This position supports our Sales Department by presenting accessory options to customers, coordinating fitments, and completing finance documentation. The successful candidate will also work closely with our Group Business Manager, gaining exposure to loan writing, compliance, and finance process management — providing a genuine pathway into a future Business Manager role within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
* Present aftermarket and accessory options to new and used vehicle customers
* Prepare pricing quotations and professionally articulate value-add benefits
* Liaise with Parts and Service to coordinate fitment schedules and vehicle handovers
* Prepare, check and finalise finance documentation and transaction records
* Support loan writing processes under guidance of the Group Business Manager
* Ensure compliance with dealership, OEM and finance standards
* Maintain accurate stock records, reporting and customer files
* General administration support and structured follow-up where required
What We're Looking For
* Previous retail, automotive, finance, or sales administration experience desirable
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail with confidence handling paperwork and regulatory processes
* Interest in finance, business management or dealership administration
* Ability to build rapport, follow process, and learn quickly
* Current Driver's Licence
