The Opportunity
The Site Manager will lead all aspects of site operations, including production, packaging, maintenance, and warehousing.
The role will suit a leader who is hands-on, organised, and focused on driving a strong team culture.
Key priorities include:
* Leading the on-site leadership team across production, packaging, quality, and maintenance functions.
* Setting clear direction and expectations to strengthen culture and performance.
* Building collaboration between departments and ensuring consistent communication across the site.
* Lifting operational standards around safety, quality, and reliability.
* Supporting site efficiency projects and process improvements.
* Partnering with national functions across Safety, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on systems and priorities.
* Maintaining a strong floor presence and visible leadership style.
Skills and Experience
We're seeking an experienced manufacturing leader who has:
* Experience across leadership transformation, being to influence change and practically share examples of doing so
* Proven experience in a senior site or operations leadership role within FMCG or food manufacturing.
* Strong leadership and team development skills with a practical, steady approach.
* Solid understanding of production systems, maintenance, and quality management.
* Experience applying Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies to achieve measurable outcomes.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* High level of ownership and accountability with the ability to lead through change.
A background in broader food or ingredient manufacturing will be highly regarded.
