About the Role
We are seeking a part-time chef to lead a diverse team in creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during food preparation and service, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to high standards.
Maintenance of food quality, freshness, and consistency is crucial. The successful applicant will also train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen team members.
Key responsibilities include managing kitchen inventory, participating in menu development and costings, and handling kitchen scheduling and stock ordering in the absence of senior staff.
Requirements
* A minimum of [X] years' experience as a sous chef or equivalent role with expertise in Asian cuisine.
* Culinary trade qualifications and natural leadership skills with proven results in developing and motivating teams.
