About the Role
In this position, you'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio. You'll have the autonomy to oversee day‑to‑day operations while being supported by an experienced team that values clear communication, professionalism, and teamwork.
Your duties will include:
* Managing a residential portfolio of established properties
* Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Handling rental arrears, lease negotiations, and entry/exit inspections
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
* Using industry software (such as PropertyMe, Console Cloud, or similar) to maintain records and efficiency

About You

* A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
