The Role
We're looking for a driven, energetic Junior Sales Representative to be the voice of Chime Labs for Australian tradies.
You'll spend your day talking to customers, reaching out to recent leads, following up on trials, and helping small business owners get real value from our AI assistant.
From time to time, you'll jump in the car to visit key clients locally or attend events where tradies hang out.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversation, works well with structure and targets, and wants to grow in a rapid-moving startup environment.
What You'll Be Doing
If you've ever sold to small business owners or worked in the trades space, you'll know how much they value people who can just get things done.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to tradies (plumbers, sparkies, HVAC, etc.)
Follow up warm leads and manage your pipeline in HubSpot
Hit weekly targets for calls, demos, and conversions
Onboard current customers and tweak their AI Receptionist prompts as needed
Build relationships and make sure clients are seeing results – this may involve going to see clients in person in the Sydney area
What We're Looking For
1–3 years in sales or account management (ideally in trades, SaaS, or small business)
Confident communicator who enjoys phone-based selling
Self-starter who doesn't need micromanaging
Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRMs
Hungry to learn, earn, and grow in a fast-moving AI startup
Base salary & commission ($70k - $100k OTE) + Equity
Work remotely (Must be Sydney based)
