The role undertakes generalist and moderately complex administrative tasks, including data management, processing financial and HR and payroll transactions, maintaining training and operational records, and managing business information and documentation. We're looking for someone with: * Relevant qualifications and/or experience in business administration, office management, customer service, or a related discipline. * Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative, coordination and logistical support in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. * Relevant knowledge and practical skills to support the delivery of business and administrative functions. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and constructively with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
