We are searching for an amazing Receptionist/ Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. We have 2 practice locations on the Sunshine Coast ( Caloundra and Buderim) and have an outstanding reputation.
Attributes that would align with the team include:
. Has at least 2 years reception experience, preferably chiropractic or allied health.
. Is friendly, enthusiastic, passionate and would enjoy working in this role.
. Has exceptional communicational skills and would make our patients feel welcome and cared for.
. Has good computer skills and ability to learn how to use our patient management online program and follow our policy and procedural manual.
. Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environments, looking after up to 3 chiropractors on a shift.
. Has their own transport and can work at both clinics
The role includes duties such as liaising with chiropractors to ensure the shift runs as smoothly as possible. Looking after patients – Billing, receipting, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, checking emails, using hicaps, eft, balancing up at the end of the shift. Following the start, middle and end of shift tasks to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Reception staff are the front of the business and the first point of call for our patients. It is important to our team that we select the right person for this role.

The position will have structured hours to be discusses in an interview but would also require having flexibility to cover shifts when staff are away sick and on holidays.
