The Company
Working with this well-known, brand name Australian organisation, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to key clients within this well-known Australian organisation. Based in the Blacktown area, this opportunity requires an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same.
The Position
Working within a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your daily tasks will include;
Manage and resolve customer enquiries
Accept & follow up customer quotes, orders and enquires
Process orders and record customer information onto SAP and CRM
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
Develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Assist with Reception duties
General administrative duties
The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes:
Demonstrated customer service experience within a similar role
Experience using large ERP / CRM / Systems
High-level communication skills
Ability to take ownership and follow customer enquires through to conclusion
Operate with a sense of urgency
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
