Senior Educator Position Overview
This role offers an opportunity to take charge of a room and lead a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. The successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate with centre leadership and educational leaders to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
* Collaborate with centre leadership and educational leaders to develop and implement teaching strategies.
* Develop and maintain relationships with families and community members to promote child development and well-being.
* Work closely with the centre leadership team to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
