Your Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
* Assist with pick‐packing orders to ensure timely delivery.
* Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals.
Skills And Experience We're Looking For
* Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
* Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmission considered advantageous.
* A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed.
