We are currently seeking a **Disability Support Worker** to join our team and assist with **centre
- based day programs.**
**About the Role**:
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced support worker who enjoys leading and participating in **cooking sessions, arts, and crafts**, and engaging group activities. you will be supporting individuals to build skills, confidence, and connections in a supportive and creative environment.
**key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate and support participants in activities, including cooking, arts and crafts, and community based programs
- Promote independence, skill-building, and social inclusion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to person
- centred support planning
- Work collaboratively with other team members and families
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants
**Requirements**:
- Must have experience as a disability support worker
- Genuine interest in cooking, arts and creative engagement
- Valid Drivers License
- Current Yellow Card and Blue Card
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $40.00 per hour
**Experience**:
- Disability support worker: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Yellow card and Blue card (required)

- Australia (required)
