Key Responsibilities
* Greet passengers and assist them in finding their seats
* Offer assistance to passengers with special needs, such as persons with disabilities or elderly passengers
* Ensure passengers' safety and comfort during the flight
* Perform routine safety checks before take-off
* Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers
* Reassure passengers during instances of turbulence
* Demonstrate and provide instruction during emergency situations
Requirements
* Aged 18 years or over
* Tall enough to reach 180 cm on flat feet (173 cm maximum height)
* Proficient in speaking and writing English
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Experience in customer service
* Able to hold an ASIC, including a police security check
* Able to swim without a floating device or aid
* Presentable and flexible with regards to work hours
* Natural interest in caring for or pleasing people
Qualifications
* Updated resume or CV
* Current Provide First Aid Certificate
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* School certificate or equivalent
* Proof of Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Benefits
