Swickers Kingaroy Bacon Factory is an export meat processing facility, based in the South Burnett Region and is ideally located just 2 - 3 hours' drive to Brisbane, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Fraser Coast. Swickers has been in operation in Kingaroy for over 50 years and today employs approximately 900 employees.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join ourteam on a day shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to transport materials, support production processes, and maintain a clean and organized work environment in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate forklifts in accordance with company and safety standards
* Load, unload, and transport materials to support continuous production flow
* Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety Practices
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Current and valid forklift licence
* Proven experience in a production or industrial environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
