The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Program Manager, Digitisation on Demand APS 6 role in the Trove Community Services Section of the Collaboration Branch.
Working with limited direction, the Program Manager will provide operational guidance and leadership to the Digitisation on Demand team, set team priorities, and work to build team capability. Additionally, as the successful candidate you will collaborate closely with the Assistant Director, Digitisation on Demand in implementing new initiatives and infrastructure changes.

* Experience working with digital service delivery systems, CRM, or library/records management systems.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects of a technical and specialised nature.
* Demonstrated experience and customer service and relationship management.
