The role you’ll contribute:

The Executive Director Employee Health is responsible for leading and executing Employee Health and

Occupational Health workforce strategies, seeking to provide a safe working environment for the workforce. The

Executive Director Employee Health is responsible for leading and developing employee and occupational health

strategy and seeks to elevate and optimize performance and the role across the division. Serves as a strategic

partner and collaborates with senior executive leaders in ensuring sustainability and elevating the culture in

employee health and safety. The Executive Director Employee Health leads and oversees efforts, strategies and

processes related to workforce safety, injury prevention, workers compensation, and workloss prevention.

Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that

are equally respectful to all.

* Develops and leads policies, plans, procedures and strategies for all employee health functions, in partnershipwith Corporate

* Develops strategies for vaccinations, flu campaigns, and other mass employee health efforts

* Leads a team focused on executing employee health strategies, focusing on elevating services

* Accountable for hiring, development and performance management of the Employee Health team

* Works directly with Senior Executives to ensure alignment of processes. Partners with Corporate EmployeeHealth team to help achieve business goals and objectives

* Designs, establishes and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish theorganizations goals and objectives: trains, supervises and evaluates staff

* Collects, analyzes, and reports on employee health data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.

* Leads all operational annual efforts surrounding Employee Health campaigns

* Provides executive leadership that supports the planning and execution of Employee Health strategies

* Provides executive oversight for the execution and relationship management of internal and externalpartnerships contributing to Employee Health

* Ensures compliance with all FL Statue 440 and OSHA Guidelines, and ensures compliance with relevantregulations and standards related to Employee Health and Safety

* Serves as a subject matter expert for all aspects of Employee Health and Occupational health.

* Serves as an active member of AdventHealth multidisciplinary committees representing Employee Health and Workers Compensation Loss Control

* Develops and monitors finance functions and budget for Employee Health, ensuring resources are allocatedeffectively

* Exercises autonomous decision-making processes to identify, plan, and execute goals

* Promotes standard work and best practice strategies across the division

* Partners with leadership from HR Regulatory, HRBP Operations, and all People and Culture leadership tocontinuously assess opportunities for improvement in all aspects of Employee Health in order to meetorganizational objectives.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

* Bachelor's in Nursing, Human Resources, Education, Business Management, orrelated field (Required)

* Master's in Nursing, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (Preferred)

* 10 of relevant working experience, including Healthcare, Human Resources, andWorker’s Compensation

* 7 of Leadership experience
