Marsden Therapy is looking for a Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support to NDIS participants presenting with behaviours of concern.

About the Role
You will work within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework to:
* Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and develop Interim & Comprehensive BSPs
* Deliver behaviour intervention, capacity building, and training for families and support staff
* Monitor, review, and adjust behaviour support strategies
* Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and restrictive practice compliance
Advanced Practitioners will also:
* Lead complex assessments and high-risk cases
* Supervise and mentor junior practitioners
* Provide clinical guidance, quality assurance, and stakeholder consultation
* Facilitate case conferences and advanced training
What You'll Bring
* Relevant degree (Psychology, Behavioural Science, Education, Social Work, or similar)
* NDIS registration as a Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner
* Strong PBS knowledge, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commitment to ethical, person-centred, least-restrictive practice
