Job Overview
The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the smooth movement of freight. This dynamic individual is responsible for managing and sorting consignments with the utmost safety standards, ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the safe handling and internal movement of all consignments within our depot
* Label and sort consignments to the correct delivery area with high accuracy
* Collaborate effectively as a team member to ensure efficient turnaround times
* Complete administrative tasks, including data entry, ramp activities, and dispatch duties
* Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
* Secondary education or equivalent qualification
* At least two years of relevant work experience (Associate level), or four years for Senior level
Skills and Abilities:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC applications
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with strong accuracy & attention to detail
