We are seeking a passionate and nurturing OSHC Coordinator and Diploma educatorsto join our team at Byford, who must be committed to helping Bloom achieve its vision and mission.

You must also meet the following criteria:
Have or be working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent early childhood qualification.
Hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, asthma, anaphylaxis qualifications and have completed the relevant child protection training.
Demonstrate a sound understanding of the My Time Our Place (MTOP) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Education and Care Service National Regulations.
Be able to communicate effectively and with purpose to children, parents, team members, service providers and stakeholders.
Demonstrate high-level abilities to work in a team and be able to use their own initiative.
Be "all in" with your commitment and contribution to Bloom's philosophy, vision and mission.
