This role is community based with Monday to Friday hours, no nights, no weekends, just the opportunity to deliver meaningful care while enjoying genuine work-life balance.
About the Opportunity
The Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS, Community Respiratory Rehabilitation Program is responsible for the provision of safe high quality patient centred nursing care to patients with chronic respiratory disease. This position requires a CNS2 with advanced nursing skills, professional knowledge and judgement who can provide a high standard of assessment, clinical care, expert advice and educational support to staff, patients, family and carers. The position works in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams to meet the goals of the patient and carer receiving community based Respiratory services in a variety of settings.

About You
You are a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse who thrives on building strong partnerships with patients and families.
You have:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division with relevant post graduate qualifications and at least 3 years experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
* Ability to provide complex care and advanced clinical skills.
* Clinical expertise and clinical leadership in the area of specialty, including ability to develop nursing speciality clinical practice and service delivery.
