We're seeking a Manager – Workers Compensation & Injury Management to drive industry best practice outcomes in workers' compensation and return to work strategies.
In This Pivotal Role, You'll
* Lead and coach a skilled team
* Manage own portfolio of complex claims and ensure compliance across multiple states
* Develop strategies to reduce premiums and improve organisational outcomes
* Collaborate with senior leaders, insurers, legal advisors and the broader WHS team
* Provide insights and reporting to guide decision‐making at the highest level
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in workers compensation claims management
* Strong knowledge of RTW planning and compliance
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* Tertiary qualification in Health/RTW (Business Management a plus)
