You will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches!
At our Multi-Channel Branch in St Helens, you will use a customer-centric approach to interact with, resolve customer inquiries and complaints in person, via telephone, or digitally (contact centre environment).
Between 9:30 AM and 1:00 PM: Serve customers face-to-face for everyday banking needs, inquiries, and transactions.
After 1:00 PM: Assist customers with banking needs and complaints through telephone or digital channels in a contact centre setting.

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with proven leadership skills, a successful track record in sales, and the ability to develop and mentor a team in a busy environment. Acting with integrity and always placing the customer at the center of your decisions are essential qualities.
