**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:
Envirotech Treatment Systems, a well-established leader in wastewater treatment since 1992, was founded by

Chris Palmer, an influential figure in the industry with over three decades of experience. Committed to quality and service excellence, Envirotech has consistently innovated its low power, low maintenance systems, offering unique solutions in the market, particularly appealing to homeowners who constitute approximately 75% of their customer base. The company has recently met the requirements of the new Australian Standard and is now in the process of restructuring for expansion. There may be an opportunity to work across other parts of the group as the businesses continue to expand and grow.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

2. Acquire in-depth product and industry knowledge to enhance customer support.

3. Generate and manage purchase orders.

4. Maintain stock records for timely reordering.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to create quotes and invoices.

6. Manage the commissioning and serial number register.

7. Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable.

8. Assist the manager and Queensland (QLD) operations with business-related tasks.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

Previous purchasing and administration experience is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
