As Community Manager at Stockland Halcyon Horizon in Armstrong Creek, you will be the ambassador of the community and the trusted point of contact for Homeowners, playing a key role in shaping a positive day‐to‐day living experience.
We're Looking For
This is a onsite, highly visible, multi-tasked, client‐facing role where relationships matter. You will lead the smooth operation of the community, foster strong connections with Homeowners and stakeholders, and ensure the community runs safely, compliantly and within budget.
What You'll Do
* Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the Halcyon Horizon community, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and Stockland requirements
* Manage a variety of community administration and reporting tasks, ensuring accurate, timely and relevant information
* Work closely with caretakers, contractors and service providers to meet facility maintenance, landscaping and operational needs
* Identify and address any community issues early, remaining impartial, confidential and solutions‐focused
* Build and maintain respectful, trusted relationships with Homeowners, acting as the primary point of contact
* Work closely with the Homeowner Committee regularlycommunicating and working together for the good of the community
* Coordinate community activities and events, assisting social committee and supporting Homeowner interest groups to encourage connection and belonging
* Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the Homeowner experience and community wellbeing

You are confident managing a variety of competing priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail and enjoy that no two working days are the same.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience in community management, hospitality, retirement living, concierge or customer‐focused environments
* Strong relationship‐building and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
* Proven strong administrative, reporting and governance capability
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
* Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office. Open to learning new IT systems for publishing fortnightly newsletter, editing the community website and managing the facility booking system
