We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join our dynamic team in the Inpatient Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation setting at Joondalup Health Campus.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified occupational therapist with minimum 3 years proven experience in stroke rehabilitation, preferably in an acute setting.
Your ability to lead and mentor a team, along with your capacity to communicate effectively and maintain relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders is essential.

Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgment, and complex decision-making at an advanced level of practice in stroke and neurological rehabilitation.
* Demonstrated ability to identify clinically appropriate interventions within this clinical specialty and implement evidence-based practice into service development.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with the multidisciplinary team, service providers, external agencies, patients, families, and caregivers.
* Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge and experience in NDIS processes.
* Experience with quality improvement and/or research projects.
