About The Role
We are seeking dedicated, flexible, and customer-focused Customer Service Officers to join our team in Launceston. These are true casual, on‐call positions best suited to individuals who are open to working ad‐hoc shifts. As these roles support various locations and functions, your shifts will vary across a 7‐day roster, offering a great deal of variety. These positions are heavily customer‐facing. Your core duties will include providing exceptional service, handling enquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the team in day‐to‐day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Providing accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
* Resolving customer issues or escalating them to management as required.
* Maintaining up‐to‐date records and processing transactions accurately.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operational flow.
About You
* Proven experience in customer service or a related front‐facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem‐solving abilities and a "customer‐first" mindset.
* The ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different team environments.
* True flexibility to work ad‐hoc across a 7‐day week on short notice.
* Competent computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems (CRM).
