We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Sheridan Operations team on a permanent, full time basis! Reporting into to the Operations Manager, you will play a key support in ensuring the day to day function runs smoothly and have a keen eye for continuous improvement.
**As Supply Chain Co-ordinator you will be responsible for**:
- Providing support in operations and logistics to Retail and Wholesale customers
- Support/lead various projects to drive continuous improvement in Operations, Logistics and Customer Service
- Working closely with the Customer service team to ensure best practice order management for Retail allocations
- Support retail/ wholesale/ online expansion by ensuring constant visibility from DC/ operations and freight operations
- Owning the Retail Stock delivery matrix which details the stock rhythm across Planning and replenishment through to Picking and delivery
What experience and skills do I have?
- 1-2 years experience working in a similar position, ideally with exposure to Customer Service and/or Distribution Centre (DC) teams
- Intermediate level experience in Excel and MS Office Applications. Must be confident in v look ups, pivot tables and use of formulas.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
