What's the role?
You'll be working within a team of Customer Relations Consultant, helping customers with their superannuation, whilst tackling complex and interesting problems. You will be working in a high energy environment, that is highly structured, monitored and collaborative. You will use your strong operating rhythms and practices to connect with customers.
This is an Adelaide based contact centre role, with operating hours from Monday to Friday with a rotating roster between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
What do I need?
We're looking for someone who brings an inquisitive and collaborative mindset. You'll need:
* Experience or a passion for Customer Service
* Outstanding capacity to deliver high quality results to deadline, with good attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrates critical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Adaptable with "can do" attitude, while remaining focussed on delivering to longer-term sustainability outcomes.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, Commerce or Accounting
* Availability on 22nd January to attend an onsite Assessment Centre
