Kimberley Agricultural Supplies is entering an exciting new phase - with a new workshop and showroom in Broome. We're looking for an experienced Parts Manager who wants real ownership, not just another desk job. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, with the chance to build systems, shape culture, and grow a department from the ground up - backed by an established, locally respected business.

The Role:
As Parts Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the parts department – including inventory, systems, supplier relationships, and customer experience. You'll work closely with the service team and leadership to ensure smooth operations as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a small parts team
* Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Ensure accurate stock control and reporting
* Support technicians and customers with timely, reliable parts supply
* Improve processes, efficiency, and profitability
* Play a key role in setting up systems for a growing dealership
About You:
* 3+ years' experience as a parts manager or senior parts role (agricultural preferred)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Confident using dealer management systems and inventory software
* Customer-focused with a practical, solutions-driven mindset
* Comfortable working in a regional and remote setting
* Keen to be a part of a long term growth opportunity
