Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Deployment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional technical support and collaborating with our teams.
You will be responsible for assisting with device configuration activities, delivering technical support independently and collaboratively, supporting sales, logistics, and technical teams by working closely with the EUC configuration team, carrying out device imaging and software deployment, performing stock picking, asset application, packaging, and data entry, and executing End of Life processes for devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have no prior work experience required – a passion for tech and basic understanding of MacOS and/or WindowsOS, confident customer service skills and strong verbal/written communication, ability to follow repetitive processes with attention to detail, proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a can-do approach, and a valid driver's license and Australian residency.
