You do not need a formal health qualification — what matters most is your attitude, heart, communication skills, and willingness to grow.

What You’ll Do
* Be the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and by email
* Deliver a warm, professional, and exceptional customer experience
* Support clients through their journey with genuine care and attention
* Manage bookings, schedules, and client records with strong attention to detail
* Help the clinic operate smoothly and efficiently each day
* Support the team in promoting the clinic’s services in a natural, helpful, and client-focused way
* Assist with patient flow and treatment preparation where required
* Build strong client relationships and encourage ongoing engagement with the clinic
* Prioritise tasks and remain calm and organised in a busy clinic environment
