Human Resources Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to provide advice and support on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
* Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
* Inductions and support throughout the full employment lifecycle.
* Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR topics.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems.
* Provide support in HR projects and initiatives as required.
* Award interpretation and contractual advice.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
* Proven experience working in an HR role.
* In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
* Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
