In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering high value communication strategies that support Engineering, Maintenance & Rollingstock across Sydney Trains.
This role will see you collaborate with divisions, agencies, and technical teams to design, develop and deliver end‐to‐end communication approaches that strengthen engagement and support Transport's key engineering and maintenance programs and projects. You'll provide hands on strategic advice to senior stakeholders and contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes.
You will build strong, influential relationships to shape effective communication outcomes and support strategic program delivery in a complex, fast‐paced engineering environment.

About you
Your proven ability to deliver end‐to‐end communication strategies, developed through experience operating at a specialist level across complex corporate and customer‐focused environments, will see you confidently drive strategic communication outcomes and navigate the challenges of influencing diverse senior stakeholders to achieve meaningful results.
You're recognised as an influential and trusted adviser to senior leaders, skilled at shaping and guiding communication direction, and experienced in developing high‐quality communication plans, creating targeted content, and leading the full execution of corporate communication initiatives that deliver clarity, alignment and measurable impact.
