Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead a major reservoir roof replacement and refurbishment project from early bid to final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full life cycle project management, from initiation to completion
* Planning, scheduling, and budgeting for project success
* Coordinating engineering drawings, procurement, and subcontractors effectively
* Managing daily delivery, monitoring progress, and maintaining stakeholder communication
* Tracking financials, variations, invoicing, and reporting accurately
* Conducting site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress on the project
* Completing documentation, commissioning, and client handover efficiently
* Capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
As a seasoned project manager with 3-5 years of experience delivering projects end-to-end, you hold a relevant degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and possess strong planning and organizational skills.
