Gatehouse Security Officer Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Gatehouse Security Officer. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring controlled access and maintaining a safe environment for staff, visitors, and property.

The role involves responding to emergencies, monitoring CCTV footage and radio communication systems, managing access control, writing detailed reports, and conducting regular patrols. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of security procedures.

* Prior experience in security, particularly in gatehouse or access control roles, is highly valued.
* You must be physically capable of conducting regular patrols.
* A valid Victorian Security Licence and Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher) are essential requirements.

* Manage access control and monitor CCTV footage.
* Conduct regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
* Write detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
