Job Overview:
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead our luxury retail business in Adelaide, South Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience leading teams of at least 15 people in a retail or client-focused environment, with a proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results.
We are looking for someone who can drive a daily focus on providing feedback and coaching our teams to develop a winning culture, while ensuring a seamless and luxurious client experience is delivered in store consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze the performance of the business and determine focused action plans to improve results
* Leverage clients, team, visual merchandising, product assortment, and in-store operations to drive sales growth
* Provide cohesive direction for the entire store team through morning briefings and goal setting
* Develop a client development plan to engage and grow high-value and VIP clients
* Work in various roles based on business needs, including non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
A minimum of five years' experience leading teams of at least 15 people in a retail or client-focused environment.
Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results.
In-depth technical knowledge of precious metals and gemstones will be highly advantageous.
