Part Time Disability Support Worker | Orange, NSW

As our team grows, we're looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join us as Part Time Disability Support Workers.About the Role:You'll be providing personalised, strengths-based support to people living with disability, helping them achieve their goals and participate in everyday life with more independence and joy.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, cleaning)
* Assisting with transport, appointments, and community access
* Building strong, respectful relationships with clients
* Helping participants work towards their NDIS goals
Expectations:
* A genuine passion for helping others
* A fun, friendly attitude and a team player
* You'll need to be available for at least one weekend per fortnight and able to work a mix of shifts rostered between 7am and 8pm.
What You'll Need:
* Experience or qualifications in disability/community services (preferred, not essential)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
