As part of our continued growth in Australia, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage key retail relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is integral to the ongoing success and growth of Tramontina in the Australian retail market. You will manage existing major retail accounts, develop new opportunities, and support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing major retail customer relationships, ensuring consistent account performance and sales growth
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
* Build strong, influential relationships with key customer stakeholders
* Prepare and deliver customer presentations, quotes, and oversee order placement
* Present new products and category concepts, driving ongoing ranging and promotional opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, product availability, and sales presentation materials
* Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and market trends
* Support the Head of Sales with local client management, orders, and administrative tasks
* Assist in developing and refining marketing strategies to enhance market visibility and retail execution
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing major B2B retail accounts in Australia
* Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
* Team-focused mindset with a high level of commitment to shared company success
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility
Qualification & Requirements
* Permanent residency or full working rights in Australia
* Tertiary education highly regarded
* Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
* Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel
* Knowledge of SAP systems will be highly regarded
* Existing network within the kitchenware or cookware category preferred
