The Church Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our church community. We are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional support to our pastoral team, elders, ministry leaders, and congregation.


Main Responsibilities:

* Coordinating administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, payroll, and monthly reporting.
* Managing venue bookings, coordinating contractors, and maintaining pastoral care systems.
* Providing administrative support to the Pastors, Board, Treasurer, and Secretary.
* Evaluating and improving policies, insurance, Safe Church requirements, and risk management.
* Creating and distributing marketing materials to promote events, services, and other church activities.

About You:

* A dedicated Christian with a passion for local church ministry and alignment with our mission.
* A skilled communicator with high organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Holds a Certificate IV in Business, Ministry, or similar, or has extensive relevant experience.
* Qualification in bookkeeping, finance, or communications is desirable but not essential.
* Must be eligible to live and work in Australia and hold a current Australian driver's license.
