waiters, bartenders, and runners
to join our team this summer.
Yoko Dining
: A vibrant Japanese restaurant bringing the energy of Tokyo nightlife to Brisbane, with premium sashimi, Hibachi-grilled wagyu, innovative cocktails, and a progressive wine list.
Greca
: A lively Greek taverna serving modern Greek cuisine, refreshing cocktails, and Australian & European wines in a buzzing riverside location.

What We're Looking For
At least 1 year experience in hospitality (waiter, bartender or runner)
Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction
Positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

We're hosting our Careers Open Day on Tuesday 7th October, with two session times available at either 10am or 2pm at Greca, Howard Smith Wharves.
