As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work in community settings with adults and children, supporting them and those around them to build empowered lives.
* Conduct person-centred assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families, and carers, ensuring tailored support that meets their unique needs.
* Develop and implement evidence-based, positive behaviour support plans that promote empowerment and prevent restrictive practices.
* Promote education and practical strategies to eliminate restrictive practices, empowering individuals to make informed choices.
* Collaborate with families, carers, and support networks to build capacity and enhance overall well-being.
* Serve as a role model for best-practice service delivery, upholding our commitment to excellence.
* Be part of a multidisciplinary team united by a shared vision to make a lasting impact.
