Marketing Recruitment Consultant (Up to Principal)
A recruitment consultant is needed to join our team at Preacta. The successful candidate will have experience in marketing recruitment and be able to manage clients and candidates.

You’re a 360 recruiter with some solid experience under your belt. You know how to manage clients and candidates, and you’re now looking for the right environment to really take your career to the next level.

The Opportunity: Marketing Recruitment Consultant
This is Preacta’s longest running desk. You’ll be stepping into a space with huge opportunity right off the bat, backed by relationships we’ve been building since Preacta's founding days.
We are in a position to support a recruitment consultant with a few years of solid experience, right up to a highly experienced principal level consultant for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking over and growing an established Marketing desk.
- Partnering with clients across perm and contract roles.
- Leveraging existing accounts for Marketing hiring.
- Winning current clients and deepening long-term partnerships.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience every time.
What We’re Looking For
- A recruiter with a proven track record (Marketing experience is excellent, but not essential if you’ve got the drive).
- Someone who enjoys business development and building lasting relationships.
- A commercial, proactive operator who is motivated by results.
- Someone who wants to learn, grow, and be surrounded by other high performers.
