In return, you will be part of a fun and collaborative workplace, who value and look after their staff!About AusureAusure Insurance Brokers are one of the largest leading insurance broking groups in Australia, with over 100+ insurance broking businesses nationally and over 500 staff in the network.What your role entails:Primary contact for all marketing requestsWork directly with stakeholders (Brokers, Insurance Partners) to deliver on marketing requestsWork collaboratively with other departments on company projects and ensure deadlines are met (Technology, Broking, Underwriting, Compliance)Create and manage internal communication newslettersAssist with internal and external Company EventsCreate Marketing Content (flyers, digital content, logos) that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectivesWork with the team to develop and maintain a monthly marketing calendar across digital and traditional platformsWork with the Head of Marketing and the Digital Brand Manager to execute the Company’s Marketing & Digital Strategy with the use of: Events, content creation, email marketing, social media management and website.We are looking for a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Marketing roleProven experience in Email Direct Marketing – Mailchimp or similarProven experience in social media management systems such as Sprout social or similar – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (Organic and Paid – META would be an advantage)SEO and Google Ad Words experience is not essential, however would be highly regarded.High attention to detail to ensure you provide quality work every timeProficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva.Experience in creating marketing content from scratch; including logos, templates and images that will be used across various platformsAdvanced level of written communication skills to assist you with digital content and news storiesStrong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholdersAbility to show initiative and work autonomously on projects and stick to deadlinesEntry level experience with website page updates – WordPress or similar preferred but not essentialA motivation to understand the business and the industry is essential for you to be successful in this role (we will give you the tools to achieve this)We need you to be friendly, positive, motivated and someone that contributes to a great work cultureMost importantly: The Marketing team receives requests from all over the country with various marketing requests from our insurance brokers and partners; you will need a flexible attitude that is happy to assist with all types of requests (from helping someone change an email signature or doing up a last minute PowerPoint for a manager, to providing high quality marketing content as part of our Newcastle Knights Sponsorship obligations).
