We have a unique position available for a full-time Radiation Oncology Fellow. The ideal candidate will have completed a minimum 4 years of accredited training in Radiation Oncology or other oncology specialty.
* Management of outpatients under supervision
* Formulation of management plans for patients
* Participation in research activities
* Data interpretation and analysis
* Development of individual specialty interests
* Observation of leading-edge treatments
* Outreach clinic activities
* Effective communication with healthcare professionals
The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment and management of inpatient and outpatient cancer patients who may receive radiation therapy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* MBBS or equivalent, registered with the Medical Board of Australia
* Completion of at least 4 years of accredited training in Radiation Oncology or other oncology specialty
* Demonstrated clinical competency
* Working towards relevant College examinations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
