Role: Civil Engineer – Land Development .
Responsibilities
* Deliver the design and documentation of subdivisions, roads, drainage, sewer, water, and utilities.
* Prepare detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D / 12D models, stormwater analysis, and technical drawings.
* Liaise with councils, service authorities, surveyors, contractors, and planners to ensure project approvals and smooth delivery.
* Contribute to feasibility studies, master planning, and cost estimates.
* Provide technical support during construction, including responding to RFIs and resolving on-site design queries.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, timesheets, and quality processes.
* Foster strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
* Support junior engineers and drafters by sharing technical knowledge and reviewing work.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
* Demonstrated experience in land development, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects (residential and/or industrial).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or 12D (required).
* Strong understanding of stormwater, drainage, and utility design.
* Knowledge of WA land development processes, planning requirements, and council approvals.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce professional reports and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
* Ability to manage budgets, project timelines, and deliverables.
* Team-oriented with a willingness to mentor and collaborate.
