The School Administration Officer reports directly to the Head of Administration.

Beyond daily tasks, you'll assist in the planning of exciting school events such as assemblies, excursions, and parent-teacher meetings, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibility will also extend to managing school supplies, maintaining office equipment, and supporting first aid administration, all while ensuring compliance with school policies. In this role, you’ll truly make a difference by helping to keep our school safe, organised, and running efficiently! We’re seeking someone who embodies our commitment to Islamic values and faith, and is passionate about providing high-quality administrative support. If you're experienced in administrative procedures and proficient in Microsoft Office, Sentral, and CRM, we want to hear from you! Attention to detail is key, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with ease. You’ll also need to be flexible, as there will be opportunities to support with our college’s sick bay and other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and school management systems such as Sentral and CRM (preferred).
* Current Working with Children’s Check.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is essential in supporting the operational efficiency of the Administration Department and the School and ensuring a welcoming and organised environment for the entire school community.
